THE FEPALC ENDORSES " IN UNANIMOUS FORM " PROJECT OF AUDIO-VISUAL COMMUNICATION

The Journalist(Journalists') Federation of Latin America and the Carib (FEPALC) endorsed " in unanimous form " the project of law of services of audio-visual communication, which is the resultant one of the " collective work of production(elaboration) " between(among) the Executive Power, union(syndical), social organizations and members of a cooperative, between(among) them the Federation Workers' Argentina of the Press (FATPREN).
For the FEPALC, with the approval of this project of law, which one finds in plenary session he(she) debates before being sent to the Legislative one, " an immense debt will be paid by the Argentine democracy, since the norm of the dictatorship, in the last 25 years, only has favored the concentration of means, power and word ".
" After an arrested(held up) study of the same one, FEPALC thinks that this project throws(adds) the bases of a modern legislation directed to guaranteeing the universal exercise(fiscal year) for all the citizens, protects the right to receive, to spread and investigate information and opinions and guarantees the plurality, diversity and an effective freedom of expression ", it(he,she) held.
In a communiqué the regional organization needed(specified) that " in agreement to the expressed for the FATPREN in his(her, your) moment, it(she) is sure that the new law will seek to generate a juridical frame that promotes the opened television and the development of a production of regional and local contents that will give him(her) identity to the industry ".
" We know that the pressures of the economic power and of whom today they exercise in oligopoly the media power they will be strong ", he(she) warned the FEPALC, for what it(he,she) realized called " to the companions and companions of the south and to the continent in his(her, your) set, not to losing heart in this fight that will not make guarantee any more than him(her) own(proper) voice to the different sectors of the Argentine society ".
The text signed by Celso Schroder y Zuliana Lainez, president and secretary of Human rights of the Fepalc, repeated that " the democracy will be in danger if only the voice of the powerful ones is heard ", for what it(he,she) emphasized that " the hour(o'clock) has come of empoderar those that less right(straight) to the word they seemed to have, of giving voice to the eternally silenced ones".
Be able to forgive the grammatical mistakes, I have resorted to the available technology in order that the message could be understood(included) in the major quantity of countries in the world.

Cordial regards,
